Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the design, development, implementation, and ongoing operation of infrastructure and build/release pipelines
• Deploy IaC and automation using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, and Go
• Operate and sustain cloud-based CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps principles
• Automate application deployment using Kubernetes and GitHub
• Build tools and packaging for varied environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem, and air-gapped
• Implement and improve observability across Metrics, Events, Logs, and Traces
• Collaborate with Product to drive roadmap direction and dogfood core products

Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying IaC and automation
• Experience operating cloud-based CI/CD pipelines with a shift-left mindset
• Experience automating application deployments using container technology
• Experience deploying and operating applications with Kubernetes in cloud environments
• Prior experience with commercial SaaS and on-prem software products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to deploy Kubernetes in edge environments (bare VM and bare metal)
• Experience packaging software using Zarf, Helm charts, or Packer
• Experience securing AWS environments and Kubernetes clusters
• Knowledge of US Government networks (FedRAMP, CMMC)
• Experience with SDLC security tooling (SCA, DAST, SAST)
• Experience deploying and supporting self-hosted LLMs
