Job description

Responsibilities

  • Build ingestion pipelines to consume 1M+ RPS streams of logs, metrics, and other telemetry
  • Build scalable, fault tolerant alerting engines for real-time threshold breaches
  • Craft rich backend observability APIs to improve user application visibility
  • Provide APIs for real-time log and metrics streams for Dashboard and Product teams
  • Build Golang/Rust GRPC services from scratch to support massive user growth
  • Define immutable infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
  • Write Engineering Requirement Documents from idea to implementation and monitoring
  • Interface with TypeScript and GraphQL edge to expose microservice APIs

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems
  • Experience building fault tolerant, resilient, and scalable services
  • Interest in VictoriaMetrics, ClickHouse, and observability stacks
  • Ability to implement, monitor, and document solutions
  • Strong prioritization skills in an early-stage startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills
