Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support incident management and resolution procedures
• Improve secure software development lifecycle, vulnerability scanning and remediation
• Streamline customer security questionnaire handling with tooling and systems
• Plan business continuity and disaster recovery, run recurring exercises
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure for new features
• Enhance and automate infrastructure using Terraform, Argo and GitHub Actions
• Manage and optimize GCP and Kubernetes (GKE) environments
• Improve observability with Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana and Alert Manager
• Set up performance monitoring with k6 and capacity planning

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure and automation
• Experience achieving SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001 or similar certifications
• Node.js or Python for backend services in microservices architecture
• 3+ years with cloud providers, preferably GCP
• 3+ years managing Kubernetes clusters in production
• Knowledge of asynchronous processing, message queues and event-driven architecture

• Experience focused on internal engineering team success
