About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the marketing strategy for Roo's international markets, including acquisition and brand presence
- Lead go-to-market and engagement planning for each new market
- Build Roo's international launch playbook for every new country
- Define positioning and messaging for each market with brand and product marketing
- Own acquisition strategy and budget across paid, organic, referral, and partner channels
- Own marketing measurement for each market and report on performance to leadership
Requirements
- Deep experience in multi-channel marketing strategy, including launching in a new market
- Experience owning positioning and messaging for a professional audience
- Experience owning acquisition budgets and measurement
- Ability to lead cross-functional partners without direct management
- Understanding of marketing and privacy regulation across countries
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, marketplaces, labor platforms, or international expansion
