Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks associated with jury related litigation consulting including mock trials, focus group moderation, and online jury research
• Manage client communication and organize/lead focus group teams
• Work collaboratively with research and sales teams to close deals and deliver projects
• Conduct pretrial duties such as community attitude surveys, witness prep, voir dire, and demographic profiling
• Execute trial duties including shadow juries, jury selection, juror social media research, and trial monitoring
• Provide strategic consulting and visual communication consulting

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in jury consulting or a related field
• Capacity to lead focus group research and manage client relationships
• Strong understanding of social science research methodology and human behavior
• Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software such as SPSS
• Firm understanding of the civil legal process, procedures, and terminology

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in psychology, neuroscience, communication, or a related field
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
• Client development skills
