From court reporting and record retrieval to jury consulting, investigations, litigation graphics, and language services, we help our clients navigate complex legal challenges with confidence.
Responsibilities
- Perform all tasks associated with jury related litigation consulting including mock trials, focus group moderation, and online jury research
- Manage client communication and organize/lead focus group teams
- Work collaboratively with research and sales teams to close deals and deliver projects
- Conduct pretrial duties such as community attitude surveys, witness prep, voir dire, and demographic profiling
- Execute trial duties including shadow juries, jury selection, juror social media research, and trial monitoring
- Provide strategic consulting and visual communication consulting
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in jury consulting or a related field
- Capacity to lead focus group research and manage client relationships
- Strong understanding of social science research methodology and human behavior
- Exceptional qualitative and quantitative analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and analytical software such as SPSS
- Firm understanding of the civil legal process, procedures, and terminology
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Ph.D. or Master's) in psychology, neuroscience, communication, or a related field
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Client development skills
