Senior Lead, Enterprise Partnerships & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an enterprise strategy across MZLA's products and services
• Translate digital sovereignty priorities into enterprise and partnership requirements
• Identify and advance strategic partnerships, particularly in Europe
• Develop pricing, packaging, licensing, and revenue-sharing commercial models
• Lead partner negotiations and senior-level commercial discussions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into enterprise propositions
• Build practical processes and decision frameworks for repeatable execution

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic partnerships or enterprise strategy
• Experience building commercial capabilities in partner-led environments
• Proven track record working with European enterprises, public-sector organizations, or regulated institutions
• Strong understanding of digital sovereignty and European regulatory considerations
• Experience with resellers, systems integrators, and implementation partners
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial models and deal economics
• Technical fluency with complex software, AI-enabled systems, or privacy technology

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with on-premises, self-hosted, or private-cloud deployment models
• Experience with open-source software and open technology ecosystems
• Familiarity with enterprise search, knowledge systems, or productivity tools
• Experience building partnerships in early-stage companies or new business units
