About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and own the global learning strategy tied to business priorities and values
- Design leadership development for first-time managers, senior leaders and high-potential talent
- Own the global onboarding program from offer acceptance through the first 90 days
- Own the company all-hands program, including cadence, agenda and content
- Build learning paths and certification for engineering teams
- Build the sales enablement program with sales onboarding and ramp plans
- Lead, develop and staff a global team of learning and enablement professionals
Requirements
- 12+ years in L&D, talent development or enablement, with 5+ years leading teams
- Track record building company-wide L&D and onboarding programs
- Hands-on technical or sales enablement experience
- Experience in a high-growth global company
- Strong program design grounded in adult learning principles
- Data-driven measurement of learning impact
- Excellent facilitation and executive presentation skills
- Fluent English
Preferred Qualifications
- Fintech, crypto, financial services or regulated industry experience
- Experience producing large company events or all-hands
- Hands-on use of AI tools for learning content
- Familiarity with Workday Learning, Docebo, Highspot or Seismic
- ICF coaching certification
- Arabic or Mandarin
