About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs and amendments
- Work with business stakeholders and vendors to negotiate and execute key contracts
- Apply and design SOPs while managing legal and regulatory risk
- Maintain organised records of contracts across multiple group entities and jurisdictions
- Design and implement legal processes, training programmes, guidelines and playbooks
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above; law degree strongly preferred
- Substantial law firm or in-house paralegal or legal analyst experience
- Ability to develop legal processes, policies and playbooks independently
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with sound legal judgement
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial judgment
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple jurisdictions and cross-border commercial agreements
- Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms and e-signature tools
