About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and independently manage multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation and international arbitration
- Draft and file legal documents, conduct legal research and manage e-discovery
- Coordinate local counsels and handle all phases of litigation
- Maintain case files, calendars and management systems
- Develop litigation strategies and prepare memoranda
Requirements
- Higher legal education and active admission to practice law
- 7+ years of litigation or dispute resolution experience
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Deep understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules
- Proficiency in e-discovery, legal databases and LLMs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Familiarity with case management software and legal tech
