Responsibilities

• Set quarterly campaign strategy and calendar, defining mechanics, budgets, and T&Cs
• Orchestrate execution across Product, Design, and CRM teams
• Own UAT for campaign logic including rates, LTV tiers, and rewards
• Measure and optimize key metrics such as eFTD, active borrowers, AUM, and CAC/ROI
• Chair cross-functional workflows for collateral listing and delisting programs
• Propose and calibrate parameters like LTV, haircuts, and borrow caps with Risk and Treasury
• Maintain a competitive intelligence tracker for major regional players
• Drive concrete changes based on monthly competitive briefs

Requirements

• 5–8 years in crypto, fintech, exchange operations, or lending
• Proven record of shipping multi-team launches with rigorous UAT
• Strong data skills in Excel/Sheets and SQL (BigQuery/MySQL)
• Familiarity with dashboard tools like Looker, Metabase, or Tableau
• Solid understanding of lending mechanics (LTV, liquidation, collateral valuation)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with collateral onboarding and pricing playbooks
• Experience with CRM/A/B testing tools like Braze or Iterable
• Python skills for ad-hoc analysis
• Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks
