About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead accounting and financial planning functions
- Oversee the Accounting Manager
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Drive transformation of NetSuite deployment into a fully integrated, automated financial management platform
- Establish scalable capabilities across banking, accounts receivable, KPIs, and market-term profitability
- Eliminate manual processes and connect financial and operational information
- Identify deficiencies, develop practical solutions, and own implementation
- Drive financial systems optimization

- Strong accounting and FP&A expertise
- Substantial hands-on NetSuite experience
- Demonstrated record of financial systems transformation
