Senior Manager, Asset Management Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements for funds in compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Ensure accuracy of financial information and collaborate with auditors, administrators, and tax consultants
• Manage VAT and Corporate tax declarations and timely filings
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for the asset management business
• Track KPIs and provide financial insights to Senior Management to highlight risks and opportunities
• Implement financial controls to ensure cost efficiency and mitigate financial risks
• Coordinate statutory and management financial reports in accordance with IFRS and MAS requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in the Finance function of a large bank or Asset Management firm
• Experience in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and forecasting within the banking or asset management sector
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA
• Ongoing CPD in financial regulation, digital finance, or data analytics
