Senior Manager - Business Finance

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end forecasting cycle, including weekly forecasts, monthly outlooks and formal forecast submissions
• Lead the annual budgeting process across all functions
• Build driver-based financial models from scratch, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Construct investment appraisals (DCF, NPV, IRR, payback) and business cases
• Own multi-entity consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and FX translation
• Deliver board-standard management reporting and executive presentations
• Partner with commercial, marketing, sales, and technology teams to understand business drivers
• Own cost centre budgets and budget-to-actual control
• Own cash flow forecasting and short-term liquidity visibility
• Drive monthly closing reviews and ensure data accuracy across ERP and BI platforms

Requirements

• 8-12 years of finance experience, including at least 5 years in FP&A
• Professional qualification required: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
• Expertise in driver-based financial modelling and investment appraisal
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query
• Experience with multi-entity consolidation and IFRS
• ERP exposure (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics)
• Strong communication skills for board and C-level audiences
• Telco or digital services background is an advantage
