About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage agency software platforms including CRM, Workamajig, PowerBI, and SAP
- Translate complex business and financial data into actionable insights
- Develop custom reports and dashboards for finance, account services, and IT
- Recommend strategic improvements and solutions based on data analysis
- Support account leads in client meetings and contract negotiations
- Drive and implement new strategic initiatives and processes across the agency
- Manage personnel including goal setting and performance evaluations
Requirements
- College degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or Finance
- 8-10 years of analytical and account services experience
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau)
- Ability to handle rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization, time management, and change management skills
