Senior Manager - Capital Markets & Trading Solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze investment ideas aligned with client needs and macroeconomic trends
• Promote Sukuk, Structured Products and FX products through frontline engagement
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-sale monitoring
• Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products
• Coordinate with Back and Middle Office for smooth operations and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate product documentation and approvals
• Develop marketing and promotional materials for assigned products
• Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain approvals from Central Bank and SCA
• Support client meetings and strengthen third-party provider relationships
• Prepare product programs, presentations and teasers for new launches

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field, 7-10 years in Wealth, Investment Management or Investment Banking
• Client-centric approach with tailored investment solutions
• Strong analytical and investment knowledge
• High ethical standards and discretion
• Proven business development and cross-functional collaboration
• Articulate, persuasive communicator and presenter
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA
• Arabic language skills
