About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve overall revenue and liability targets through new business and portfolio growth
- Identify high-potential prospects within target market and sector
- Prepare account plans for high-opportunity clients
- Advise CFOs and Treasurers on cash flow optimization and liquidity structuring
- Design complex cash management and liquidity structures including centralized collections and payment hubs
- Prepare proposals, pitch solutions and secure mandates
- Drive revenue ramp and oversee deal activation with the implementation team
- Provide product feedback to the central product team
Requirements
- 5-7 years in cash management, transaction banking or treasury advisory
- Deep treasury and transaction banking expertise
- Track record developing a pipeline and exceeding sales targets for corporate clients
- Strong understanding of liquidity management, collections, payments and working capital
- Ability to translate complex treasury concepts into client solutions
- Executive-level presence and consultative communication style
Preferred Qualifications
- Foreign banking experience, especially with UAE and Middle East cash management banks
- Examples of developing out-of-the-box cash management solutions
