About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CDIA, Metro 2, FCRA, and Reg V guidelines
- Direct the end-to-end creation, data quality scrubbing, auditing, and submission of monthly Metro 2 data files
- Oversee Credit Bureau Disputes Management aligned with the broader Complaints program
- Lead troubleshooting, system checks, and root cause analysis for data furnishing errors
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Dispute Analysts
- Collaborate with technical and cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and automation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree followed by 7+ years of professional experience at a Consumer Lending centric organization
- 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role managing FCRA file transmission
- Demonstrable experience working directly with FCRA Compliance and credit bureau disputes
- Experience managing the eOscar dispute platform at an enterprise level
- Skilled in analyzing large datasets for criteria compliance
- Hands-on experience using LoanPro

What we look for
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years professional experience in consumer lending
- 5+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience with FCRA/Metro 2
- Experience with eOscar platform
- Experience with consumer financial laws (ECOA, TCPA, FCRA, TILA, UDAAP, FDCPA)
- Experience with LoanPro
- Data analysis skills
