Senior Manager, Chief of Staff Office

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic execution to the IBG Group Head, Chief of Staff, and senior leadership
• Support the strategic pivoting of the Chief of Staff Office towards a product-centric organizational vision
• Manage business domains including Global Transaction Banking, Treasury, Global Markets, and Global Corporate Banking
• Set organizational-wide strategic business management objectives and coordinate cross-functional execution
• Deliver insightful MIS, strategy papers, and analysis to support business management
• Lead efforts to enhance wholesale bank brand equity in international markets
• Manage a group of business managers, providing coaching, training, and talent development
• Oversee budget planning, financial oversight, and cost-efficiency initiatives
• Drive the IBG expansion strategy through project roadmaps and stakeholder coordination

Requirements

• 15 years of Banking experience
• At least 5 years at a senior executive level
• At least 5 years of exposure in International banking
• Strong understanding of global banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks
• Expertise in corporate strategy formulation and execution
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
• Proficiency in change management and digital innovation initiatives
• Ability to manage complex interpersonal dynamics and work in high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing teams across multiple countries or regions
• Knowledge of international markets, foreign exchange, and capital markets
• Familiarity with global regulations such as Basel III and AML laws
