About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and support Group-wide Compliance policies and frameworks aligned with CBUAE and G42 requirements
- Translate complex regulatory obligations into clear, enforceable policy documents
- Maintain the policy repository with version control and regular review cycles
- Translate policies into detailed, operationally sustainable operating procedures with defined controls
- Monitor regulatory developments from CBUAE and assess impact on existing frameworks
- Manage the policy approval process with senior stakeholders
- Design and deliver policy awareness training materials for staff
- Prepare high-quality reports and briefing materials for Senior Management and the Board
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in a Regulatory Compliance role (regulator, bank, fintech, or consulting)
- Strong knowledge of the UAE regulatory landscape and international industry standards
- Exceptional written communication skills for technical policy documentation
- Proven experience drafting Compliance policies and procedures in regulated financial services
- Strong analytical capability to interpret complex regulatory text
- Familiarity with regulatory change management processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications in Compliance, Risk, or Governance
