Responsibilities
- Work directly with B2B customers to identify their training needs
- Adapt customer content into curriculum that fits Becker's offerings
- Develop new curriculum where content gaps exist
- Bring customer perspective to product teams and confirm launch readiness
- Build and lead a small team as the portfolio grows
Requirements
- CPA credential or strong understanding of accounting professionals
- Experience turning customer needs into practical curriculum
