About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform CDD reviews for onboarding, periodic and trigger reviews
- Ensure submissions adhere to compliance policy and documentation requirements
- Engage RMs and customers to collect required documents
- Manage team productivity, quality assurance and reporting
- Lead compliance requests and CDD-related projects
Requirements
- Degree education minimum
- 8-10 years banking experience, at least 4 years in CDD reviews
- Working knowledge of CDD/KYC and regulatory requirements
- Strong MIS, project management and leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE experience and understanding of local corporates
- Arabic language skills
