About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery for client engagements with moderate to high technical and organizational complexity
- Translate business requirements into technical and analytical requirements and frame roadmaps around business goals
- Manage delivery governance across multiple workstreams, including project schedules, team workload, and sprint boards
- Collaborate with functional teams to design data architecture and recommend appropriate infrastructure and tools
- Develop data solutions positioning strategies and contribute to business development initiatives
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience independently leading complex and broad-ranging data projects
- Strong knowledge of the modern data stack (ingestion, warehousing, transformation, and BI)
- Hands-on experience as an analyst, analytics engineer, or data engineer
- Proficiency in Agile and other project management frameworks
- Ability to evaluate architecture tradeoffs for AI and agentic workflows
- Available for occasional client travel (up to 10%)
