About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead financial reporting, accounting governance, and statutory compliance across Foods, Commodity Trading & Crushing, Starch, and Poultry businesses
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Manage general ledger controls and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare statutory financial statements and manage audits and taxation
- Monitor Shared Services performance and ensure compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies
- Support working capital management, hedge accounting, and consolidation
- Drive finance system improvements and support key business decisions
Requirements
- Qualified finance professional
- Strong experience in financial control, statutory reporting, audit, and tax
- Experience within a large, multi-entity manufacturing or trading organization
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
