About the role
Responsibilities
- Review contracts and event budgetary P&L before approval
- Maintain the event tracker and match supporting evidence
- Prepare event P&L and settlement
- Deliver the closure pack for DXB Live events, IPs and partnerships
- Coordinate independent Finance validation and authorized approval
- Report the supported event position and track unresolved exposures until resolved
