About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all Finance digital transformation projects across the Bank
- Establish and direct a dedicated Finance transformation capability
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance, Technology and external implementation partners
- Lead the Finance workstreams for Oracle Flexcube implementation and all downstream Finance systems
- Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and manage risks
- Provide regular updates to the Group CFO and Finance Leadership Team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- 15-18 years of experience leading large-scale technology transformation and system implementation projects within the banking industry
- Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Flexcube, Oracle EPM, and OFSAA modules
- Strong understanding of Finance Data architecture, Data Lake, and ERP platforms
- Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, solution design, and system testing
- Working knowledge of data governance and data quality management practices
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
What we look for
