About the role
Responsibilities
- Support Starface's budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts
- Own budget-to-actual reporting and variance analysis
- Maintain and evolve financial models, including scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis
- Build robust cross-functional Finance touchpoints
- Integrate Finance within the S&OP process
- Support management reporting and month-end close review
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate FP&A processes within NetSuite
- Bring a commercial finance perspective to key business decisions
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or a related finance function
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
- Experience working within a growing, complex business
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven with strong judgment
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills
- Clear and effective communicator
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or an MBA is a plus
