About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business performance including commercial, operational, cash flow, and capital-efficiency drivers
- Establish tracking mechanisms to monitor value-creation initiatives
- Lead the development of forward-looking financial analysis connecting operational assumptions to financial outcomes
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for business planning, forecasting, and investment decisions
- Lead valuations, scenario analysis, and investment cases
- Provide decision-oriented analysis and recommendations to senior executives
- Use internal generative AI platforms to query proprietary data and large datasets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in Strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, Investment banking, Private equity, or Transaction advisory
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives and stakeholders
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Fluency in English
- Experience with financial modelling and valuation
