Senior Manager, Implementation

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Project Managers, setting clear goals and performance expectations
• Serve as the escalation point for complex, high-impact projects, providing technical and strategic guidance
• Build detailed project plans with clear milestones and drive projects to successful go-lives
• Coordinate data integrations, workflow configurations, and API-based setups across systems
• Define team objectives, KPIs, and scalable processes to improve time-to-live and utilization
• Develop scoping and SOW pricing structures and partner with Sales to position implementation services
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical project management, or professional services
• 3+ years of people management experience directly leading an Implementation team
• Track record of owning complex, enterprise B2B SaaS implementations end-to-end
• Strong technical fluency across data integrations, API-based setups, and workflow configuration
• Experience building implementation processes and operating models from the ground up in a scaling environment
• Ability to shorten implementation timelines while maintaining quality
• Prior experience in a scaling B2B SaaS startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or healthcare environments
• Executive-level customer recovery experience
