Senior Manager, Market Strategy Advisory

Responsibilities

• Develop recommendations on market strategies focused on growth, retention, and competitive positioning
• Analyze market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and regulatory trends
• Lead analyses supporting new market entry, expansion, and strategic growth opportunities
• Develop business cases related to market growth, partnerships, network strategy, and portfolio investments
• Lead strategic initiatives aligned with organizational and market specific priorities
• Partner with finance and corporate strategy to support multi-year strategic plans
• Summarize strategic intelligence into executive-ready presentations and materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, insurance product, or market strategy
• Experience supporting ACA/QHP health insurance markets
• Experience leading programs within a matrixed organization
• Willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree
• Experience with market entry strategy or portfolio optimization
• Experience with provider/network strategy development
• Familiarity with ACA market dynamics and competitive landscapes
• Exposure to value-based care or healthcare ecosystem strategy
