About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop recommendations on market strategies focused on growth, retention, and competitive positioning
- Analyze market dynamics, product performance, competitive intelligence, and regulatory trends
- Lead analyses supporting new market entry, expansion, and strategic growth opportunities
- Develop business cases related to market growth, partnerships, network strategy, and portfolio investments
- Lead strategic initiatives aligned with organizational and market specific priorities
- Partner with finance and corporate strategy to support multi-year strategic plans
- Summarize strategic intelligence into executive-ready presentations and materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, insurance product, or market strategy
- Experience supporting ACA/QHP health insurance markets
- Experience leading programs within a matrixed organization
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience with market entry strategy or portfolio optimization
- Experience with provider/network strategy development
- Familiarity with ACA market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Exposure to value-based care or healthcare ecosystem strategy
