About the role
Responsibilities
- Support development of medical affairs and scientific exchange materials
- Partner with medical communications agency to meet timelines and objectives
- Review and proofread materials for scientific accuracy and compliance
- Monitor deadlines and budget for medical communication projects
- Identify and secure copyright permission licenses
- Contribute to omnichannel medical communication opportunities
- Support congress planning and scientific platform narrative
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a science-related field
- 3+ years of medical affairs experience
- Experience developing medical education materials
- Strong knowledge of review processes and medical content compliance
- Superb written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PharmD, M.D. or Ph.D.)
- Immunology experience
- Medical publications experience
