About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging and supporting resources with cross-functional teams
- Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches and enhancements
- Translate clinical products into clear marketing collateral and commercial assets
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Engage healthcare professionals, KOLs and patient advocacy organizations
- Serve as primary product marketing resource for the field organization
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in precision diagnostics, biotechnology or healthcare
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Experience creating data-driven marketing content
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence
Preferred Qualifications
- BS or advanced degree in Biology or a related scientific discipline
Benefits
- Base pay range $190,387 - $217,585 per year plus equity and bonus
