Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize operational processes across Charter Schools in the UAE
- Ensure seamless day-to-day school operations and resource management
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain high standards
- Coordinate with school leadership to align operational goals with educational objectives
- Manage budgets, facilities, and support services effectively
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service delivery
Requirements
- Extensive experience in operational management, preferably within the education sector
- Proven track record of managing complex operations in a large-scale environment
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
