Senior Manager – Payments and Remittances

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the Group's payments strategy, product roadmap, and ecosystem growth
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, governance, regulatory compliance, and approvals
• Identify market opportunities and deliver innovative payment solutions that drive revenue and customer adoption
• Lead product marketing, customer engagement, and acquisition initiatives to increase awareness and usage
• Collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and vendors while leading a high-performing team to deliver seamless customer experiences

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related field
• 8-10 years of payments experience, including 3+ years in product or portfolio management
• Proven track record of launching payment products in the GCC market
• Strong knowledge of digital payments, payment systems, and Open Finance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with a customer-centric and innovative mindset
