About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall growth strategy for FACES across digital and omnichannel touchpoints
- Own commercial growth targets including traffic, conversion, and customer lifetime value
- Lead performance marketing and demand generation activities
- Partner with marketing, merchandising, retail, and e-commerce teams to optimize customer journeys
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
- Establish a robust experimentation framework
- Manage budgets, agency relationships, and external partners
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in growth, digital commerce, or performance marketing
- Proven experience in multi-brand e-commerce environments
- Proven track record in retail, beauty, or fashion sectors
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
