About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage proposition for Private Banking including client acquisition, retention, and brand positioning
- Develop proposition strategy through competition gap analysis and service delivery models
- Act as a Point of Contact for Private Banking to champion central projects
- Collaborate with BIU, CX, Marketing, Brand, Digital, and Wealth Squads
- Drive customer engagement programs, events, and tactical promotions
- Integrate with external partners to enhance client experience and time-to-market
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant banking experience
- 2-3 years in a similar managerial position within the UAE
- Understanding of marketing and development across product life cycle stages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- University degree in a business discipline; post-graduate qualifications preferred
