Senior Manager, Quantum

Responsibilities

• Lead quantum analysis and deliver structured quantum assessments for international arbitration and litigation
• Develop expert report inputs, including analytical sections and supporting materials
• Support clients in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) on complex major projects
• Review project documentation across infrastructure, oil & gas, and residential sectors
• Prepare client-facing presentations, proposals, and reports
• Coordinate project team activities, task allocation, and progress monitoring
• Monitor project budgets, fees, and financials
• Draft fee and project proposals for medium-to-large engagements
• Mentor and develop the professional capabilities of junior team members
• Provide commercial advisory support regarding project controls, governance, and risk management
• Build and strengthen client relationships through industry engagement

Requirements

• Degree in construction or Quantity Surveying related field
• MSCSI/MRICS qualification or equivalent
• 7-10 years of related industry experience
• 2+ years of experience in detailed Quantum forensic analysis
• Proven experience drafting project and expert reports
• Experience managing a wider project team
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and large datasets
• Exceptional analytical and report writing skills
• Bilingual in Arabic and English (preferred)

• Relevant MSc degree
