About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative marketing strategies across the MENA region
- Collaborate with the Marketing Leadership Team and MENA GM to deliver integrated go-to-market strategies
- Manage and grow a team of marketers
- Oversee and optimize the MENA marketing budget to maximize ROI
- Drive alignment with regional growth strategies and global marketing plans
- Manage PR agencies and ensure narrative control and market Share of Voice (SOV)
- Measure performance and communicate results to stakeholders
Requirements
- Over 10 years of strategic B2B enterprise marketing leadership experience
- Expertise in ABM, field marketing, events, and PR
- Native-level proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Experience in payments, fintech, or complex enterprise software sectors
- Proven track record of team management and leadership
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use martech tools for ROI tracking
