About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic roadmap for SMB operations and identify process improvements
- Lead complex strategic projects, such as launching new sales teams, across multiple departments
- Manage and coach a team of analysts to align their work with strategic initiatives
- Optimize processes, workflows, and tools to enhance go-to-market efficiency
- Resolve operational and system issues quickly to minimize friction for frontline teams
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar
- 4+ years of experience in people management
- Proven experience designing and implementing operational processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
