Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic roadmap for SMB operations and identify process improvements
• Lead complex strategic projects, such as launching new sales teams, across multiple departments
• Manage and coach a team of analysts to align their work with strategic initiatives
• Optimize processes, workflows, and tools to enhance go-to-market efficiency
• Resolve operational and system issues quickly to minimize friction for frontline teams

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar
• 4+ years of experience in people management
• Proven experience designing and implementing operational processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
