Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the social analytics roadmap
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts
• Analyze organic social content performance and identify strategic opportunities
• Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports consolidating data from multiple platforms
• Lead social listening efforts using tools like Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, or Brandwatch
• Measure the performance of launches, always-on content, and creator content
• Develop audience profiles using behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data
• Present insights to senior stakeholders to guide creative and strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 8+ years in social media analytics with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience analyzing organic social performance across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in Sprinklr and Power BI
• Experience with social listening tools such as Dash Hudson, Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or Emplifi
• Strong understanding of social KPIs including reach, engagement rate, sentiment, and share of voice
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable content recommendations
