About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting engagements from initiation through delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Oversee project planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Provide strategic insights, recommendations, and decision support to clients
- Manage, mentor, and develop junior consultants and project team members
- Support business development activities including proposals and presentations
- Ensure alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in consulting or professional services
- Proven experience managing complex projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certifications
- Experience working with government or semi-government entities
