About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, structure, and execute corporate finance deals in collaboration with coverage and credit teams
- Take ownership of financial modelling, due diligence, credit analysis, and sharia structuring
- Prepare pitch books, teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations
- Negotiate term sheets, mandate letters, and facility documentation with clients and lawyers
- Lead syndication strategy and manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle
- Supervise CFIB analysts and provide deal team leadership
- Ensure compliance with Sharia requirements, Central Bank regulations, and internal risk policies
- Develop and maintain a robust deals pipeline to meet fee revenue targets
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, Advisory, or private equity
- Direct experience in financial modeling, capital raising, and business valuations
- Experience working at a leading international or regional bank, preferably in the UAE and GCC
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, business intelligence, and data analytics
- Strong understanding of LMA standards for facility documentation
- Outstanding academic record with a Masters, MBA, CFA, or CA
