About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic transformation initiatives across Dubai Airports to improve business performance and operating models
- Define and manage end-to-end transformation delivery plans, coordinating business, digital, data, and operational activities
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape solutions, build alignment, and drive governance
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and data-driven decision making
- Embed change, readiness, and adoption approaches to ensure new capabilities are successfully implemented
- Track transformation outcomes and benefits realization to ensure measurable value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Strategy, Business, or a related discipline
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Change Management or Transformation
- Strong experience in strategy, project management, process optimization, and digital transformation
- Professional certifications such as CCMP, Prosci (ADKAR), Prince2, PMI, or PMP
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizational environments
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
