About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support to the TCM business and drive end-to-end automation within TCM Operations
- Manage TCM Operations to control trading, market and credit risk and ensure timely processing, settlement and accounting
- Develop and execute a TCM Operations strategy aligned with the Bank's vision
- Implement control measures aligned with local and international regulatory frameworks such as Basel
- Lead, manage and develop multiple specialist teams operating from office and remote locations
- Drive efficiency, standardisation and STP rates; ensure SLAs and audit ratings are met
Requirements
- 10 years' Treasury Operations experience at a medium-sized bank at senior management level
- Technical understanding of TCM products and derivatives valuation techniques
- Familiarity with project management in Lean/Agile environments
- Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
- Good knowledge of local regulation and international requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Post graduate degree from a reputed university, or graduate with requisite experience from a top bank
