Senior Manager, Treasury & Capital Market Operations

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational support to the TCM business and drive end-to-end automation within TCM Operations
• Manage TCM Operations to control trading, market and credit risk and ensure timely processing, settlement and accounting
• Develop and execute a TCM Operations strategy aligned with the Bank's vision
• Implement control measures aligned with local and international regulatory frameworks such as Basel
• Lead, manage and develop multiple specialist teams operating from office and remote locations
• Drive efficiency, standardisation and STP rates; ensure SLAs and audit ratings are met

Requirements

• 10 years' Treasury Operations experience at a medium-sized bank at senior management level
• Technical understanding of TCM products and derivatives valuation techniques
• Familiarity with project management in Lean/Agile environments
• Strong leadership, communication and influencing skills
• Good knowledge of local regulation and international requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Post graduate degree from a reputed university, or graduate with requisite experience from a top bank
