About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day oversight and coordination of late-stage clinical vendors
- Serve as central coordination point across vendors and internal teams
- Establish and maintain integrated program and vendor timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional and vendor governance meetings
- Monitor vendor deliverables and service levels; coordinate corrective actions
- Manage change control and scope updates across stakeholders
- Prepare status updates, dashboards and governance reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, project management or related field
- 8+ years in clinical operations, clinical project or vendor management
- 3+ years managing late-stage clinical studies or complex workstreams
- Familiarity with CROs, central labs, imaging and technology vendors
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or project management certification
