Senior Manager/Director, Payer Enrollment Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational implementation and go-live for large enterprise clients, establishing teams, workflows, and reporting
• Own end-to-end delivery against contractual SLAs and SLOs, including submission turnaround and quality
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client stakeholders and lead recurring performance reviews
• Manage a dedicated on/offshore team of enrollment specialists and quality analysts, including teams in India and BPO partners
• Partner with Product and Engineering to automate manual processes and remove operational bottlenecks
• Manage account economics, including productivity and cost to serve

Requirements

• 5+ years in strategy & operations, BizOps, management consulting, or operations leadership
• Proven track record of owning outcomes end-to-end in a high-growth environment
• Experience leading distributed or vendor teams
• Ability to own KPI dashboards and perform root-cause analysis
• Strong executive communication and client management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payer enrollment, credentialing, RCM, or healthcare operations
• Experience with BPO or offshore operations management
• Experience launching large enterprise customers in a startup environment
• Proficiency in SQL
