About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the operational success of strategic energy markets
- Manage the expansion of the Bring Your Own Capacity (BYOC) business across MISO and PJM
- Absorb and execute new responsibilities from the Energy Markets team
- Generate priorities and develop operational playbooks in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
- Ability to take total ownership of responsibilities
- Capacity to reason from first principles to become a subject matter expert quickly
- Ability to operate autonomously and set priorities without direct supervision
