Senior Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned B2B client accounts
• Plan marketing roadmaps and translate business goals into Eloqua campaign briefs
• Manage project scope, timelines, and lead regular status meetings
• Design, test, and execute complex automated multi-step nurture programs and batch emails using Eloqua
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, and reporting
• Code and troubleshoot responsive HTML/CSS email templates and landing pages
• Implement advanced B2B lead scoring, custom data objects, and CRM synchronization
• Generate performance reports and present optimization strategies to clients

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on technical configuration and campaign deployment experience in Oracle Eloqua
• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience including workflows and reporting
• 3+ years in an agency or client-facing corporate role
• Deep understanding of B2B buying lifecycles, ABM, and RevOps
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email rendering and advanced Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM)
• Oracle Certified Eloqua Master or Luminary status preferred
